Add-On:

Translucent Invite Sleeve (fixed floral design + short text + hand-folded over invite) $1.20/sleeve

Complex designs (+$100) 

 

How To Order:

1. Book a design slot with Aly at $350 base price 

2. Reply to the order confirmation e-mail with your Final Text in Preferred Layout (landscape/portrait), Photo References, Preferred Colour Palette & Font!

3. Aly will get in touch with you! Do note that depending on the complexity of the design, you may be asked to top up for the design costs/as printing cost (We will consult you first before any top-ups!) Invoice will be sent to you via e-mail. 

 

Acceptance of order

Aly has a limited number of custom slots each month, in the rare event that she is  unable to accept your order, she will contact you personally & refund your payment.

Order is only confirmed when total payment is made. 

 

Product Details:

• Lead time: 1-2 months after direct confirmation from Aly (depends on client response time for design revisions as well)
• Valid after receipt of payment & personal email confirmation of final details from Aly
• Expedited order available upon request, Charges apply, please enquire directly at alyletters.hello@gmail.com if you require this. 

 

Design Process:

• All Wedding invite designs are digitally hand drawn. Some of the text will be typed out using standard fonts
• Aly will take references from your photo references to come up with the first invite draft. She will contact your directly first if she has any questions/clarifications. (You may be  asked to top up for the design costs if designs requested are very complicated We will consult you first before any top-ups!)
• You are entitled to 2 rounds of revisions after the first artwork draft is submitted. 
• A round of revision is defined by the client sending a list of changes to the designer, and the designer returning the work with amendments done. Additional amendments due to missing  information or last minute changes will be charged at $50/round of revision.
• Final digital files to be provided upon completion: Final Adobe Illustration Working File (.AI Format) and Final Wedding E-Invite file (jpg format).
• An expansion or change of the project requirements will result in a revision of costs.
